Mystic Rinse
1:1 Clarity Coaching Program (8 weeks):
Intensive Support:
This program includes sixteen 60-minute sessions spread over 8 weeks, offering a steady rhythm of growth and accountability. I believe that consistency breeds transformation, so I ask for your full commitment. Give it everything you’ve got, and I’ll match that energy every step of the way.
Ongoing Follow-Up:
Throughout the program, you’ll have access to ongoing email support and accountability. This ensures you always have a point of contact when you need encouragement, clarity, or a listening ear outside our sessions.
Key Features:
Sacred Methods:
In our sessions, I’ll draw from the wisdom of RYNA, blending cutting-edge recovery science with shamanic traditions, Stoicism, and Carl Jung’s profound insights. Together, we’ll tap into both modern expertise and ancient truths, creating a unique and deeply personal approach to your sobriety journey.
Subconscious Clarity:
One of our key objectives will be to unveil the hidden aspects of your true self. By bringing subconscious patterns and beliefs into the light, we lay the foundation for lasting change. This clarity empowers you to make decisions from a place of deep self-awareness and alignment.
12-Step Enhancement:
Whether you are already following a 12-step program or exploring it, this coaching complements and enhances those teachings. We integrate the structure and wisdom of the 12-step approach without overriding its core philosophy.
Build Your Coalition:
Creating a supportive community around you is essential. We’ll work on building a network of people who uplift, energize, and encourage your progress, while also identifying relationships that may need to be pruned. This is your chance to cultivate a garden of healthy, thriving connections.
Relapse Security System:
A vital part of our work together is developing an intuitive understanding of your emotional patterns. By learning to anticipate and identify your triggers, we’ll set up a “relapse security system” that empowers you to navigate life’s storms with greater resilience and self-compassion.
Rebirth Ceremony:
At the end of our 8 weeks, we will celebrate your profound transformation through a deeply symbolic rebirth ceremony. This esoteric ritual honors your journey, marking the completion of one phase and the sacred beginning of the next.
Emerge with newfound clarity, purpose, and tools for lasting change.

The 8 Rituals
We will focus on one ritual per week. Rituals provide structure and accountability, which leads to a robust foundation for a durable and exciting life. Almost all of these rituals are forms of reprogramming and reframing. They require do-ing, which translates into our becoming and creates a sense of inner peace (be-ing).
When we are consistent, these rituals become routines put on autopilot, freeing up our mental energy to focus on adventures, giving back, and conscious expansion.
- Shake Hands with Shadow: We must discover creative ways to negotiate with our primal nature, for it is an integral part of who we are—one that should not be extinguished. Instead, we should harness this immensely powerful force to propel us forward. By consciously integrating both the Shadow and Primal aspects of our psyche, we can transform these potent energies into constructive forces, rather than allowing them to unconsciously shape our behavior in potentially harmful ways (self-sabotage).
- Ancestor Veneration: Cultivate a connection to the Sacred bond you have with your ancestors, fostering deep appreciation and humility that heals.
- Nature Bathing: Forest bathing helps us remember that we are nature. It is our ancient family. And nature nourishes, heals, and strengthens our life force.
- Bookend Your Day: Start your day with a gratitude ritual and finish it with an inventory ritual. We attract more of what we feel and focus on (our vibes). This is a form of magnetization.
- Cultivate Visions: Learn to see the future with clarity. Discover how to set inspiring goals that energize you each morning. Cultivate visions and intuitions that foster win-win scenarios, benefiting not just yourself but others as well, transcending purely selfish aims.
- Gamify Grit: Yes, pick your pain. Choose your challenge. Life inevitably involves discomfort, but when we take control and approach it as a game, we empower ourselves. By intentionally tackling difficult tasks, we make the rest of life feel easier and more manageable.
- Mystical Meditation: This practice blends traditional meditation with a mystical perspective to activate Consciousness. It involves personalized guided meditations designed to connect with your Higher Self.
- Mekka “Thank You” Prayer: “Mekka” is an ancient Egyptian term used to convey gratitude and reverence, particularly within religious and ritual contexts. “Thank you” is one of the most profound prayers you can offer, embodying both simplicity and depth. Yes, that is literally the entire prayer: “thank you.” When we integrate this prayer into our daily lives, we invite the Universe to respond with grace and favor.
Having reached a higher vibrational state, we take responsibility for our past actions and make amends with those we’ve hurt, striving to build a brand of integrity that allows us to feel good in our own skin and respect the person we see in the mirror.
Part of this process involves confessing our harm to others to the extent that we seek freedom from the negative energies associated with our actions. This form of confession is like a mystical baptism, offering a deep spiritual cleansing compatible with any faith.
The Dual Pathways
My approach to recovery and healing operates on two interconnected levels:
Rewiring the Biological AI
Humans can be viewed as Nature’s biological AI, with deeply ingrained patterns driving our behaviors and responses. This foundational level of work involves:
- Reprogramming subconscious scripts
- Addressing root causes of depression, trauma, and relationship issues
- Developing advanced coping skills for life’s challenges
- Navigating major life transitions
This deep work forms the bedrock of lasting change, altering the very core of our automatic responses.
The Art of Reframing
Building upon our rewired foundation, reframing offers a powerful tool for daily emotional management:
- Shifts conscious perceptions in real-time
- Employs the transformative question: “What else could this mean?”
- Cultivates resilience and a positive outlook
- Provides swift relief and adaptive responses to immediate situations
Reframing complements the deeper work by offering a practical, everyday approach to mental wellness. It’s about embracing curiosity over hasty judgments, allowing us to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and perspective.
These dual pathways work in synergy, addressing both our deep-seated patterns and our moment-to-moment perceptions. Together, they forge a comprehensive approach to personal growth, equipping us with the tools to thrive in all aspects of life.
Redefining Progress
Relapsing isn’t starting from scratch, it’s starting from experience.
The ‘Accumulated Sobriety’ Approach
Accumulated Sobriety is a growing trend in recovery that saves lives by reducing the guilt and shame associated with setbacks.
We believe in the importance of a beginner’s mind and humility when we slip. However, instead of diminishing someone’s progress after a relapse, we advocate for recognizing the accumulated wisdom that continues to grow with each experience.
Sobriety should be seen like any other long-term effort—whether it’s education, a career, or personal growth. Setbacks don’t erase the progress you’ve made. Just like we don’t reset our professional experience or education to zero when we take a break, we shouldn’t reset our sobriety either. Every sober day is an investment in ourselves that accumulates over time.
Analogy 1: Just like taking a break from college doesn’t erase the progress you’ve made toward your degree, a relapse in sobriety doesn’t erase the years of work you’ve put into being sober. You wouldn’t throw away two years of education because of a semester off; those years still count toward your graduation. Sobriety should work the same way.”
Analogy 2: In your career, if you take time off or change jobs, you don’t reset your experience to zero. All those years still count on your resume. You don’t tell people you’re starting from scratch—you just pick up where you left off. Sobriety is the same: your past sober years still count, even if you hit a rough patch.”
Analogy 3: Think of sobriety like investing. You build up your savings over time. Even if you have a financial setback or withdraw some money, the amount you’ve saved up until that point doesn’t disappear. You don’t start with an empty account, and your earlier efforts still contribute to your overall financial well-being. Sobriety is an investment in yourself, and all the time you’ve spent sober is still there, even if you hit a rough patch.
Analogy 4: If an athlete trains for five years but gets injured and has to stop for a while, they don’t lose all their strength and skills. They might need to recover and retrain, but those years of work are still within them. The same should be true for sobriety—it’s cumulative. You don’t lose the strength and wisdom gained from your previous sober years.
Why This Approach Is Better
- Reduces the stigma of relapse.
- Increases the chances of sustained recovery.
- Lessens guilt and shame, helping to keep you alive.
*In recovery, progress matters more than perfection.
When asked about your sober time…
When asked, confidently share your accumulated sobriety. This approach isn’t misleading; it’s a more accurate reflection of your ongoing journey.
“I’ve been in recovery 8 years now & have accumulated 6 years of sobriety so far.”
Explain that accumulated sobriety is a growing trend in recovery that saves lives by reducing the guilt and shame associated with setbacks.
This approach shifts the focus to the positive aspects of your journey, rather than being defined by a single date or relapse. If they are hellbent on making you feel small just because you had a slip a few weeks ago, that says more about the health of their program than yours.
Be proud you got back on the horse my friend. End of story.
Advantages to Accumulated Sobriety
- Reduces Stigma and Shame: Focusing on continuous effort rather than uninterrupted sobriety creates a more compassionate environment that recognizes recovery isn’t always linear.
- Promotes Honesty: Emphasizing accumulated sobriety encourages open discussions about the realities of recovery, fostering genuine growth and mutual support.
- Enhances Relapse Prevention: Acknowledging daily efforts reinforces the idea that recovery is an ongoing process, better equipping individuals to face challenges and reducing relapse risk.
- Celebrates Holistic Progress: This approach acknowledges improvements across various life areas—relationships, mental health, personal development—not just abstinence.
- Creates Inclusive Community: Valuing ongoing effort over the length of sobriety creates a welcoming environment for newcomers and those who’ve experienced setbacks.
Luck and Grace
Humility acknowledges the effort we put into the work but doesn’t claim ownership over the outcome. On the other hand, arrogance takes credit for what is, in truth, God’s grace. True wisdom lies in recognizing that every journey—especially the path to recovery—is influenced by forces beyond our control, including moments of luck and grace.
Those who have walked this path often reflect on how many times they were blessed by unexpected good fortune along the way.
